Project description

The purpose of the project is to create a web-based system with central database to serve as:

  • A Register of budget users with information on legal representative of the budget user
  • As an application through which budget users upload their financial reports (via predefined forms quarterly and annually)
  • Reporting component (predefined reports and business intelligence solution) for Ministry of Finance employees.

Register of budget users was designed to serve as one of the pillars of the national interoperability system in Croatia.

Register of budget users holds information about the natural person who is the legal representative of the budget user, and it allows access to this information via application programming interface (API) consumed by National Identification and Authorization System (NIAS), Registry of authorizations and Government Service Bus (GSB), all managed by Ministry of Public Administration and Digital Transformation.
