Project description
In this project our consultants participated in the creation of the Croatian Tax Administration’s (CTA) ICT development strategy for the period 2006-2010.
The objective of the strategy is to identify activities and provide guidelines necessary for improving IT support for Tax Administration business processes, in the areas of the national tax system, including the process of adjusting the Croatian tax system to EU standards, taking into account positive experiences in EU member states.
Project activities
- Evaluation of current IT systems
- Evaluation of level of efficiency of the system
- Identification of weaknesses in the current system
- Presenting findings and proposed options for improvements, to senior staff in the Ministry of Finance and Tax Administration
