The purpose of this project is to develop and install an IT system for international legal assistance (ILA), which will increase the efficiency and transparency of the case management of the Department of International Legal Assistance in the Ministry of Justice. The Consultant is expected to carry out an analysis of similar IT systems in the European Union and on the basis of this analysis, to design, develop and deploy an IT system that will enable effective management of ILA legal cases and advanced search capability.
 
Also, a new IT system will support the functionality of reporting and statistical review and provide digital data exchange with national and international institutions.
 
This project includes the training of staff in order to enable effective use of the new IT system.
