			Start of the project: Consulting Services for supporting users in the pilot project “Introduction of the remote monitoring system in emergency medical service"


Teched has signed a contract with the Croatian Ministry of Health to support the Croatian Institute of Emergency Medicine (CIEM) in planning and monitoring the implementation of the pilot project. The services to be provided include the following:


  1. Support in planning, supervision, and management of the implementation of the pilot project

  2. Support in the preparation of tender documentation for the development of an IT teleconsultation platform

  3. Supervision of the development of the IT teleconsultation platform

  4. Development of test scenarios and protocols to ensure that the IT teleconsultation platform is functional

  5. Coordination between the developers of the IT teleconsultation platform and the suppliers of medical devices included in the pilot project

  6. Support in the preparation of tender documentation for the procurement of digital peripheral devices and IT equipment

  7. In cooperation with CIEM, development of a plan for testing the characteristics of medical devices and equipment in real-world conditions

  8. Testing of the IT teleconsultation platform

  9. Organisation of training related to the use of the IT teleconsultation platform

  10. Support in negotiations with the Croatian Institute for Health Insurance and other institutions involved in the pilot project

  11. Evaluation and comparative analysis of the tested digital and medical devices and equipment

  12. Support in the national implementation of the Remote Monitoring System


The expected overall duration of the assignment is 24 months. The commencement of services began in March 2025.
